Where can you mostly meet celebrities?

Any superstar like:Zac Efron,Ashley Tisdale,Miley Cyrus,Dylan and Cole Sprouse,&Mariah Carey.

you can probably find them in hollywood, new york, at an awards show or at a premiere

Check out the places where they are known to hang out at. Maybe around the city they grew up in you will find people who know them and can introduce you. Of course there's also Hollywood and those big star celebrity places, but just look around, celebrities are people too so they don't live on tv or in the movies.

Actually meet/converse with them? Check out Amoeba (record store) in Hollywood, everytime I've been there, I've always bumped into someone famous. i.e. Topher Grace, Carmen Electra, one of the Hlilton sis (they look the same to me, so don't know which one.) and my fav- Chester Bennington.
