We were just created that way, I guess. Men's nipples get hard also, and even babies do. In the breast bone a person has a lot of sensory nerve endings and are very sensitive to cold, so the blood rushes in to keep them warm thus (nipple's get hard) As for women noticing it, it's somewhat obvious depending on your size. We can sort of see its happening but there's not a whole lot we can do about it. We usually don't want people staring so we try not to make it obvious something is wrong since that causes others to stare haha

The answer is the same for both men and women. Nipples can become erect under many circumstances including arousal, being manipulated, and response to temperature changes. It is possible to have an orgasm through nipple and/or breast manipulation (secondary sexual organs) but it is not true for a majority of people. It is even rarer still for orgasm to be achieved by manipulation of erogenous zones (e.g., neck, lips, etc.).

Some woman always have erect nipples. I read that about 1-2% of women can orgasm this way.

Erect nipples can mean she's cold, aroused or doing something strenuous (working out). Yes, some woman can acheive an orgasm with only nipple stimulation

No she could just be cold or have the shivers. And I highly doubt a woman could have an orgasm from just nipple rubbing... in case you haven't notice we are fickle beings. It can take a lot to get us off sometimes.

hey dude what is up in your mind? LOL kidding well erection on the nipples can indicate 1001 reasons. Apart from what stated, even breastfeeding can cause erection on the nipples. And if the situation is worsen.....better to go for breast scanning instead of keep wondering sexually related.
P/s: if the nipples are rubbed for a long time.....i bet it gets swollen and pain instead.....

Nipples can be hard because she's aroused, but could be she's cold. Every woman is different and it is quite possible that she could have an orgasim from being rubbed the right way.

Not always. It could be cold or just a slight brushing against something. I get really aroused from my nipples being touched, but i have never orgasmed from it.
