Like when sending mail to some addresses but their addresses will not appear - only "undisclosed-Recipients" will be shown.

Put their name in parentheses in the copy to box - (blind copy)

I often send an email to myself and blind copy my entire list. That way no one sees any other email addresses.

Click on the "Bcc" selection where is says "insert addresses". If you have to use the "To" first, send one to yourself.

bcc - your email program provides for a 'blind carbon copy'. However, you may need to go to your 'Options' section to indicate that as a prefered option.
