This number is on my home caller ID and when I call it back it says: your call has been forwarded to an automatic voice message system the mail box belonging to Thank you for calling all agents are assiting other customers at this time please try your call again later, Is full to disconnect press 1 to try another number press 2.

Did you recently call your phone provider about something to do with your account? It sounds like a Cell Company costumer service hotline, they probably called back. Im 90% sure thats what it is.

Probably a telemarketer. Oddly we've been getting an 866 number a lot lately to.

There are reverse lookup services, but the one I tried could not find the number.

I'm fairly sure it's not Warren Buffet trying to give you a billion dollars, he's donating it to the Gates Foundation.

I would recommend you forget it. If it is important, they will call you back.

Did you try anywho.com? If that doesn't work, you can have the call traced by your phone company though there is a fee involved.
