Peer pressure can sometimes make us act differently than we otherwise might. Write about an incident in which you found yourself doing something because you wanted to go along with the crowd or because you would have been embarrassed by your true feelings. . . . be detailed in your writing and use accurate information. Here is something to think about.
With the downsizing of companies, it filters down all the way to stores, cutting back help, but, expecting the remaining help to preform the same task. Making the employee, stressed, and the customer, because they can not get the service they are used to.
Most of these people make minim wage. You should investigate the stress level of these employees, and the stress level of the customer, because cooperate America wants to hold on to the oh holy buck.

I would find something relevant in your own district, what social service or community issue is important or in the news just now that you could share with others?

It's always good to write about something in which you have personal experiences, rather than researching from scratch.
