i'll recommend all my fav romance novels. However I wouldn't call any of them trashy.
Rebecca Paisley-A basket of wishes.
Its about a fairy Splendour who is ordered to marry a human( a duke). The poor hero is confused by the woman who will shrink if not kissed regularly, drinks apricot face lotion. On top of that he is harassed by splendour's sister who even turns him into a snail. His cousin Emil thinks that Splendour is exactly what the doctor ordered for the staid ,boring Jordan.
Another good series is the Dark Hunter series by Sherrilyn Kenyon. The books provide an alternate take on vampires.People who are unjustly murdered call upon Artemis(Greek goddess) and she grants them a day to avenge themselves. After that they are recruited to her army to fight against evil. This series is romance based.Best of the series are 'Dance with the devil' and 'Seize the night'.
Dance with the devil by Sherrilyn Kenyon. The following review is taken from Amazon
Zarek was mad, bad and more than a little insane, and now everyone wants him dead. But hey, that was nothing new to this loner. Born the bastard son of a Roman nobleman and a Greek slave, Zarek had known a lifetime of abuse, torture and humiliation.
It takes a very special woman to see past that hostility and find the lost, unloved boy inside. Happily, Astrid is such a woman (or demigoddess, actually). Her empathy, patience and unconditional love make the perfect foil for Zarek's personal demons. They truly are a match made in heaven -- or should I say Mt. Olympus?
Mary Balogh-Lady with a black umbrella(Funny romance). The heroine is always rescuing the hero-whether he wants to be rescued or not.
Lynsay Sands-A bride promises her father that she'll obey her husband 'always'.I mean 'always'.The poor groom didn't know what he was going to get when he was coarced to marry the king's daughter.
Anne Gracie-The perfect rake. The heroine just wants to save her sisters from their abusive grand father. However one lie led to another and another. The hero was perfectly willing to go along with the charades.
You belong to me-Johanna lindsey
A dark champion,Born in sin-Kinley Macgregor
Angel rogue,One perfect rose,The wild child-Mary jo Putney
Mary Balogh-Slightly tempted,A famous heroine,The temporary wife
The de burgh bride-Deborah Simmons
Isn't it romantic-Ronda Thompson
How to treat a lady-Karen Hawkins
Lord of the storm,The sky pirate-Justine Davis
Tracy anne warren-The wife trap

All four of these are among my favorite books of any genre. None of them are what I would call trashy, but all are very good books. You would not be disappointed.
Lord of Scoundrels by Loretta Chase
Flowers From the Storm by Laura Kinsale
A Kingdom of Dreams by Judith McNaught
Dreaming of You by Lisa Kleypas

If you saw the movies The Notebook and A Walk to Remember you might be interested in the novels. They're really good. Specially A walk... Also, you can try The boy next door. I don't remember the author my sister lend it to me and is not very good but is funny as hell.

Daring to Dream, Finding the Dream, and Holding the Dream, by Nora Roberts. They're in a treasury book, too: Dreamers and Lovers, I think. It's an awesome book!

Julia Quinn books are my guilty pleasures. I especially love the Bridgerton series - eight books about eight siblings in one rather large, funny family. The eighth and final one was just released this past week.
The heroes and heroines of each book are very likeable. And you can tell they like each other too - there's passion between these couples but that's not all there is between them.
The sibling bantering in each book is usually pretty good too - not to mention the observations of one Lady Whistledown (anonymous gossip columnist.)

Anything by Sandra Brown. And of course, Sonata Kreutzer by Tolstoy (the first and only truly erotic novel in respectable literature)

Fanny Hill by John Cleland. Girl meets boy. Girl, through no fault (OK, maybe a little) of her own lives life of sin and debauchery. Girl becomes mistress to fascinating older man. Girl gives up her evil ways and becomes respectable. Girl reunites with boy, her one true love, and lives happily every after. With tons and tons of graphic details, yet in the most elegant and refined language imaginable.

Check out Lori Foster. Her characters are fun, she writes witty dialogue, and the characters continue into each other's books. Also the sexual tension is truly hot and when they finally do the deed, it's totally steamy!! Read any of her books, but save the best, "Jamie", for last.

A Knight in Shining Armour by Jude Devereaux. It is considered by many, including me, to be the best of the genre.
