Yes, I learn't when I was a partner in a formal occassion when I was 12. Since then I have loved dancing. Sometimes it is hard to learn dancing when you have no instinctual sense of rhythm, but once you get it you find it can take you over.

I love waltzing and find that it is a great way to practise rhythm of any kind.

Yes ,I learned when I was a young man. You're never too young or old to learn to ballroom dance. Learn the all ,waltz, swing.jitterbug, all the Latin dances.It's lots of fun
