If you could, should be replaced with what habits should you choose to change, but haven't?

You can change habits. Anyone can. Habits are formed from what we think, feel, do and and expose ourselves to regularly.

I have added and deleted many habits, through conditioning myself to become a better person. You and anyone else who is reading this can do the same.

If you don't like the results you are getting from life change the habits/patterns/routines/thoughts/people around you that/who contribute to creating them. That's the habit to change right there. The habit of creating bad habits which hold you in a life that you don't enjoy living. Your life, that you are living this very moment, is a result of every thought, feeling, action and surrounding that you have encoutered up to now. If you're not happy change those things. That's the best habit changing choice you will ever make!

If I could add a new habit, it would be to talk way much more than I do now. Because I don't really talk or conversate that much and I wish that I did.
