Most likely not as disclosure statements deal with conditions that arise while you own the home. The type of home is not a condition but instead a construction method. You should no more have to put this in a disclosure statement anymore than you have to disclose that the home was built with kiln dried wood or has walls studs on 16" centers instead of 24" centers. Once the home is sited on a permanent foundation it is entitled to the same protections, benefits, etc. as a conventionally constructed home.

I am in the insurance business, and my company doesn't insure modular homes. It would be helpful to the buyer, yes.
