go to evening services.

Emergency contraception (EC) (also known as Emergency Birth Control (EBC), the morning-after pill, or postcoital contraception) refers to measures, that if taken after sex may prevent a pregnancy.

Forms of EC include:

Emergency contraceptive pill —referred to simply as "emergency contraception," "ECPs," or "ECs", or "morning-after pill" —are hormones that act both to prevent ovulation or fertilisation, or perhaps the subsequent implantation of a fertilised egg (zygote). ECPs are not to be confused with chemical abortion drugs like Mifepristone (formerly RU-486) that act after implantation has occurred.
Intrauterine devices (IUDs) - usually used as a primary contraception method, but sometimes used as emergency contraception.
As opposed to regular methods of contraception, ECs are considered for use in occasional cases only, for example in the event of contraceptive failure. Since they act before implantation, they are considered medically and legally to be forms of contraception. However, some who are anti-abortion define pregnancy as beginning with fertilisation, so they consider EC to be a form of abortion. These claims remain controversial; see Controversy section for more detail.

Personally I think that you should be a good person all 7 days and then rest at least one. Everyone should be allowed to worship in the way that they see fit and get as much rest as they need. Most people don't get enough rest and its very unhealthy.

To some people that is not considered work. You don't have to go in the morning. Most churches have services in the evening.

nicely.. Sunday is an afternoon of relax. no longer inevitably the "holy day of relax".. i at times circulate to a church that starts off at 6pm. it would not say everywhere interior the Bible what time to circulate to church (i'm assuming you're referencing Christianity/Catholicism.. however different religions do have holy days, and circulate to their church homes, temples, mosques, and so on.. in appreciate on particular days.

Actually in the Bible, Sunday is the first (working) day of the week, with Saturday being the seventh, and/or Sabbath, and true holy day of God.

early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. ;)
I think that church in the morning is good because that's when our minds are fresh, even if our eyes are not fully awake. good thought though.

It's not rest, as in sleep all day. It's rest as in not work and reserve the day for worship.

it's like when you go to court and the lawyer says "I rest my case". Exactly the same like that except church is the court, God is the judge, and you're guilty.
