To play DVD's on a computer, depending upon what computer you have, is very easy. If you have a newer model, you should have a DVD drive that you can play movies in. However, if you have an older model, you will need a DVD drive along with a software that allows you to run DVD's in your computer.

If you are looking for movies online, a good place to try would be www.limewire.com. You will have to download it though.
(Be careful of viruses)

You need a DVD drive and a DVD playing program. Or, if you're doing it from an MPEG file, Windows Media should do it fine.
