Make sure you go into the review prepared - have a list of your accomplishment since your last review. Show how you have exceeded your goals for the evaluation period.

When she is critcal -- ask her how she would have handled it different if she knew what you knew at the time! Just so you can get better at your position! That is a possitive spin!
