Seriously - carrots are supposed to help vision but have you tried going to an eye doctor?

FAST? If that were possible, do you think people would wear glasses all their life? You can go to the doctor, or you can poke a pin hole in a piece of paper and look through that. Laser surgery is pretty fast, but unless you have some serious cash, it won't happen fast.

Eat carrots every day. Take a multi-vitamin. See an eye doctor ASAP. Doing eye exercises! Talk to some one at a health food store!

Vitamin A. But don't take more than the recommended dose, because you could get intoxicated.
Also GLASSES or contact lenses with your prescription from an optometrist.
Laser surgery (LASIK) can help in some cases (see your optometrist.)

You never did say why and what for, but glasses, contact and lasix are the only ways to seeing better. Money depends on how fast you want to see. Good luck.

I have heard that glasses help immensely, that was from a very unreliable source though. Sorry I could not resist. Carrots, and this is no joke, Pot. read up on it if you think I'm kidding.

The only "instant" cure for poor vision is corrective lenses. All else takes time, including surgical correction. Medications take even longer to have their full effect. Please don't be so gullible as to believe anyone who proffers an herbal or "alternative" remedy. The only thing those will cure is a fat wallet - yours!
