It's completely hormonal...there is nothing you can do...it's like you can see yourself off balance but you can't stop it...EVERYONE MUST PAY... :) kidding...And it's not just mad...we cry easier, are more touchy about stuff and take offense easier...the list continues

I don't know how old you are, but "IT" (PMS) is verrrry painful for some girls on the first few days.
That's why some girls are pains in the *** when it's that time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no really...its because of a hormonal imbalance in our bodies which causes our moods to change...along with other parts of our body.
