I read the article about the kid who died on the Disney ride. Then I went on the message board and was reading some of the people's replies.
I hope they're being sarcastic, otherwise I feel degraded for being called a human, along the lines of these selfish, sick and worthless people.

Because people are just idiots and don't realize how fragile life is. In one second we can be on top of the world the next some crackhead can come along and kill you. One second we can be enjoying life and the next we can lose everything in a hurricane or a fire or an earthquake.
And since they don't realize how fragile life is they don't appreciate life as much as they should.

People do these things, like when you see a terrible car crash, most people like to look, some get pleasure others seeking curiosity... Humans do things that are not so humane.

I agree with you, people are sick. And there posted to make people aware of how low humans are sinking. Its horrible. Everyone needs to be aware of "monsters" out there. They make me sick. If it was there kid or relative I'm sure they wouldn't be saying that.
