7. Wait Until Dark 1967 Not a Horror flim but its a good thriller
8. The Texas Chainsaw Massacer 1974 Leatherface is one twisted guy

The Thing and Evil Dead 2 which managed to be both creepy and really funny at the same time.
I also really liked John Carpenters The Fog and In the Mouth of Madness too...

Some good cult classics are done by Dario Argento like "Opera" or "Suspiria"
I thought the American version of "The Ring" was dumb, but the Japanese version "Ju On" was REALLY good!
Also any of the Halloween movies are good, especially #s 4 & 5.
