Horse shows are a blast if you go with the right attitude. Just remember that it is just a persons opinion of how you performed that day/ that class. Try to learn as much as you can and watch classes similar to your class to see how others are doing. It is a great way to make life long friends and to meet people that love horses. Good Luck

Yes, in my opinion.
I just got back from the Pinto World Show, and he Paint Horse World Show, ( I have a thoroughbred paint cross). I have always enjoyed it, but it takes alot of hard work. I have been riding wince I was four, and ten years later, it has really paid off.

I have done gymkahnans and i love them!! it's fun to be around horse people all day, I mean you have those who think that they are better than everybody else, but if you just stay away from them. Then there's no problem!

i have shown horses since i was 5 and was ridding them since i was 3. if u just try it u will find out that it can be both fun and a lot of hard work. sometimes u might not place and others u will do well
i will just say u have to try it out for your self to see if u really like it.

yes horse shows are fun as hell!!! my favorite part is looking at everyone else's riding styles and seeing if what i think is also what the judge thinks. i also like talking with the judge at the end to see what i can improve on. :)

horse shows are fun and can be a lot of work also, if you are looking into showing your horse you should try a few of the fun shows, (these are little shows where there are no points)

yes they are so much fun even if it is kinda hard well i started horse back riding in the 1st grade and i still love it and i am in the 7th

i show my 4 horses in english, western pleasure classes and the games.
we all have fun and u get to meet other horse people.
its so much fun.
