That depends on the grading scale at your school. For instance, most schools would say that a 93 is an A. They use the following grading scale:
90-100 = A
80-89 = B
70-79 = C
60-69 = D
below 60 = F

Other schools use different grading scales. My high school used the following:
94-100 = A
86 - 93 = B
78 - 85 = C
70 - 78 = D
Anything below F

Next, each letter grade gets translated into points. This is also different for different schools. Most high schools go purely by letter grade. Others use different points for pluses and minuses.

A = 4.0
B = 3.0
C = 2.0
D = 1.0
F = 0

Then these points are added together and divided by the number of classes you took, and you are left with your grade point average (g.p.a.)

In college, it gets a little more complicated, but you can see how to do it from these example websites I found.

Is this a final grade? If so, then you need to determine the grading scale your school uses. Is a 90 to 100 an A, or is it 94 to 100? The GPA scale is A=4.00, B=3.00, C=2.00, D=1.00 and F=0.00. Look at your final letter grades and assign the appropriate number to the letters. Add them all up, then divide by the number grades you considered. If you also took into account your current overall grade, then add one to the number of grades you are considering. Example:

History = A = 4
Math = B = 3
Literature = C = 2
Band = A = 4
Art = A = 4

Total is 4+3+2+4+4=17
Current GPA = 3.75
New GPA = (17 + 3.75)/6 = 3.45

Hope this helps!

I don't think you can translate a 93 into GPA, they take in consideration hours and credits.

Otherwise, maybe its this..but this is only USA.

A = Excellent or Exceptionally Good; or top 10% (90 to 100, of 100) = 4.00
B = Above Average or Above Average Expectation; or second 10% (80-89) = 3.00
C = Average or Average Expectation; or third 10% (70-79) = 2.00
D = Poor% (60-69) = 1.00
E or F: Failure or Exceptionally Poor; or bottom 60% (0-59) = 0.00

That should be 3.72.

Think of it on a scale. For every point you have to have 25% of 100, 75% is 3.0, 100% is 4.0.

Err, may be wrong, I'll have to look it up.
