Asking a group of faceless strangers on the internet for companionship -- especially when you're such a young person, and have admitted that fact -- is going to backfire. You'll end up having conversations with people who are adults, pretending to be children your age, and that never ends well.
You should consider these options instead:
#1: talk to people you know at school, or other people your own age that you meet elsewhere, face to face. I know it seems a lot more stressful than talking to people over the internet, but it's also a lot more rewarding. Plus, you know they are who they say they are.
#2: find web forums where people who share your interests hang out, then talk with those people about your shared interests -- but don't tell them how old you are, and don't tell them you want a friend. Simply strike up conversations (by asking a question, or commenting on something that interests you) and you'll make some great pen pal friends -- some of whom might be older than you, but none of whom will know how old you are (and who will assume you're their age, whatever that might be) and so won't be out to victimize you.

if your underage then you shouldn't be looking for friends on the next. you make friends through school and through family friends people that you know!
I'm sorry to be so harsh but with today's society you can't affort to put advertise friendship like this.
