Shawn Michaels runs one in San Antonio and I think Dory Funk has one in the Dallas area. There are probably others, but getting involved in a high school or collegiate wrestling program would be a good first step to learn conditioning. Then if you wanted to go into entertainment - since wrestling is fake - go to a school to learn how to pull punches, take punches, cut yourself to bleed without anyone seeing it etc.

There are several hundred wrestling schools in Texas. The best one I can think of is Dory Funk's.

There are more than likely a hundred schools in Texas, including Shawn Michaels' school and indie fed.
IF you can tell me where you live, I can find the nearest school for you.

There's wrestling schools everywhere. If you want to try out for WWE, you can apply to OVW first. It's going to help you hone your skills before the big time.

Do you really need schools, I thought people were just born with that killer instinct down in Texas.
