I don't know the heart. Almost all characters can be written by holding ALT and typing in a 4 digit code below 0256.

You can hold down the ALT key and press the 3 numbers for that symbol.
Example: When I hold down ALT and hit 127 I get this: â
You just need to find the correct 3 numbers.
