You need to be careful about what some folks answer. Not all answers are correct. Your foreskin fits a little more snug than others. You will have trouble retracting it or it may not come back over the glans at all. That is okay. You can masturbate very effectively with the foreskin staying in place. In fact you will be more sensitive and have more enjoyment with it staying in place over the glans. When you have sex you will still have the same problem. Which really is not a problem. If it bothers you are if keeping clean is a problem you should go see a doctor and have a partial circumcision. The surgeon will remove just enough of the foreskin that the skin on your penis will retract when you masturbate or have sex. As an adult circumcision is a little uncomfortable and embarrassing but it might be what you want to do. In the mean time do not try to pull the skin back. and enjoy your sex life. Stay safe and healthy

This is a common problem. The foreskin is too tight and the best remedy is circumcision But 'cutting' means a loss of sensitivity. You can try using a lubricant such as Vaseline and trying to stretch the foreskin a little (usually not very successful) but a greater danger lies in having an erection and the skin retracting back over the head and strangling the head of the penis. It becomes very painful and requires emergency room procedures of relieving the stricture caused by the foreskin. I would advise an examination by a physician to decide if circumcision is needed.

Preferably you must have circumcision. Its best. However if you don't get it done, do not be overtly worried. If you want the skin to come back now you can slowly pull the skin backwards as much as it goes. I think over a period of time the skin will stretch and get fully pulled back. This will be helpful for you to keep it clean. I don't think there's any hurry to have sex just for bringing the skin back. However once you start having sex, yes it will get pulled back. Even, if you masturbate it can be pulled back during that as it is easy to do that during an erection.

You just have to slowly pull it back a little at a time the skin will eventually stretch and slide down easily. It will take time and be careful. It is normal from what I hear.

It is not necessary to have the foreskin of the penis retract over the head of the penis when it is erect....If you can bring it back over the head of the penis when it is not erect that is sufficient to maintain cleanliness and preserve hygiene.

the compliance of the foreskin can be increased gradually.

As you have probably never done it before, it will be difficult and painful at first. But there is no need to rush.
Just pull it back as far as it will go without causing pain, and leave it there for a little while.
Next time, it will go back a little farther... and so on.

This is a completely normal process!

When you have an erection, the skin is not supposed to "go back". It returns to the way it normally looks when the erection fades, or after an orgasm. HTH.
