-everyday after i eat dinner i have hives that scratch all over my body.
-it only happens after dinner.
-it happens like 5 minutes after dinner.
-cortisol creams don't calm it, benedrol pills work.
Thanks you so much

is dinner the only meal you eat at home?
do the hives happen EVERY time after you eat dinner?

keep a food diary, to keep track of the foods you are eating, and it might not be food related, but maybe soap related

You need to cut out anything that isn't natural-wheat, milk, and sugar (unless its natural) for about a week. Slowly add one item back into your diet and keep a journal of what you eat and what reaction you get. If you aren't getting any reaction from food than it could be environmental and you need to see what in your house or apartment that could be causing the itching and hives. If all else fails, go see an allergist and get a skin patch test done to see what could be causing the problem.

There is a possibility that you are reacting to a release of stress. When you come home from work at night, you are so stressed out during the day, that is your bodies way of releasing. Just a thought.

It has to be something you are eating or drinking or eating dinner around.
