okay what you have is tinea pedis and that is the technical name for athletes foot,,,you might want to treat the foot withn topical fungicidal medicaition or get something prescribed orally, keep the foot clean and dry if you can, you can use spray deodarent to keep it dry,,,if you want an alternative solution, you can use tea tree oil and grapefruit seed extract from the health food stores, also eat some garlic daily it is a known antifungal agent, good luck

If at all possible....you need to go to either your family doctor or a podiatrist (even better cause they're a foot doctor) and get on ORAL lamisil. The problem with this medication (orally) is that it is very very expensive without insurance, and I wouldn't suggest getting it through someone other than your doctor because they will want to do a hepatic panel to check your liver function BEFORE they start you on it! Good luck

i used to have them too. i apply coconut oil on my toes and sores (athlete's foot) before i go to bed at night. since i live in a tropical country, i make my own coconut oil for that purpose. in three days, no more odor.
if you live in the usa, you could buy virgin coconut oil.
i also apply coconut oil on my hair 10 minutes before i take a shower. this helps get rid of dandruff.
by the way, i also take one tablespoon of virgin coconut oil a day (which i pour on my rice or food) to help me prevent constipation.

Work on your socks and shoes first by pouring Desonex powder inside them. But for your feet, you should buy lamisil and apply it to your feet and between your toes.

lamisil, but you have to get rid of your shoes that have the smell, or you will get it back again!!!! only cotton socks, i had it years ago and did this, and seemed like stocking with nylon or socks with acrylic made it worse, feet need to breath
