Here in Maine? In my town? I'd say 90%. It's done nothing but rain for weeks now.
In Washington D.C. they probably don't even want to hear the word rain.

But where I am right now, we've had tons of rain. When it rains outside the carpenter ants come inside. I guess their house leaks. :-)
