My 16 yo neighbor wants me to have sex with her. I want to because she's young and hot. She wants to be a lesbian and wants me to be her first sexual encounter ever. Is that illegal since she can't get pregnant and I'm not showing her any parts she doesen't already have.

Yeah. Just don't go there. Even if she says she is ready to have a sexual relationship she may not be and there are tons of feeling that she or you aren't ready for, sex is never just sex. Find someone your own age.

I don't know what the laws are from state to state, but I'd have to say that if I had a child & found out you did this, I'd make sure you went to jail, because I'd probably end up killin' your a*s for using a curious child for your own twisted sexual gratifiction. She's CURIOUS & you should not take advantage of that innocent curiosity because it will backfire on you! Are you prepared to deal with her AFTER the sex? This could screw up her head & then you'll have a hard time living next door. What if she falls in "love" with you after you get her off? Are you ready to deal with that? Sex is powerful, especially with your own sex. If you have half a brain, you'll walk away from the complications this could add to your life & hers. Remain friends & adopt a "wait & see" attitude. If you are too weak to keep yours hands off her, then maybe you have a bigger problem than she does. Just because a 16 year old wants to experiment DOES NOT mean that she wants to become a lesbian, it just means that she would like to experiment with the unknown & she'll make decisions based on what she likes & dislikes. If she is just "parts" to you, then you aren't any different than the men of this world who also use young women for sex & forget that they have feelings & emotions that should not been taken for granted. I assume that you were "turned-out" by an older woman, so you think it's OK to do the same? I hope you re-think this issue before you end up hurting yourself.

The question you ask seems to slightly biased, via fact an unlawful alien could be a nicely respected guy or woman interior the community, and no harm to absolutely everyone, while a citizen retaining the proper citizenship must be an armed robber. rapist, and or murderer. don't be judgmental of human beings, even though, anybody desirous to come again into any united states ought to do it contained in direction of the acceptable channels. yet, if a youthful lady gets pregnant regardless of the race, of the father and the circumstances, there are rules that the police can use to prosecute those persons if the lady is underage.

well I assume you are over 21 years old it would make it illegal. Even if you are only 18 I wouldn't suggest it. Laws in each state change all the time. They are getting very strict on having sex with minors and at 16 she is a minor.

YES - It is illegal. Sex is considered any sexual act, and is not limited to male-female sex. Because she is under 18 she is considered a minor - a child. It would be just as illegal to engage in any sexual act with her as it would be with a little girl.

Even if it weren't illegal, do you think it would be moral?? I don;t know how old you are, if you're like 18, then ok. But if you are older than that...damn think about if it was your kid. Or sister. Or whatever. It's great to thin within the parameters of the law, but think within the parameters of ethics first and foremost.

It is definitely illegal to have sex with a 16 year old. Whether she wants it or not you are an adult, and you should know better than to have a sexual experience with somebody who is not an adult.

Yeah it is illegal -- but cant blame you wanting to do it. Besides if she is only 16 she doesn't know what she wants -- shes just curious but she may regret and since she is your neighbor you dont know how she will react and it may cause trouble. (its a little too close to home)

here's the deal with that: not only is it considered statutory rape but also in most states, homosexual relations with a minor are considered corruption of a minor so its actually a double whammy. tell the girl that if she is serious then she will be 18 in 2 years or less and then you guys can do the thing. until then: no touchy.
