I don't know about anyone under 16 but in Oklahoma you are not required by law to give breaks to 16 and 17 year olds. That is usually left to the companies.

Depending on what state your in, if your in the United States. You need to go look at the work laws. It should be posted in the work place. By law they have to have it where you have access to it and can see it. NC law, I think says a 30minute break in a 8hour day. They can break it up anyway they want to. Mine is 1st break 10minutes, second break 20minutes.

There are no federal break requirements, even for minors. Your state may have a law requiring breaks, but very few do. Many more have meal break requirements.
