My wife and I have been trying for 3 years.

Have you tried going to a fertility specialist?

There are many tests that can be done to find out whats wrong be it with you or with your partner.

Once you find out whats wrong the doc can prescirbe drugs in some cases or give you other methods like tracking your "fertile" times.

I know this isn't much help. There are so many possiblilities of what could be wrong I don't even know where to begin.

Good Luck I hope everything works out for you.

well there are ovualtion kits you can try im doing them now and they are great !!! you buy them at the drug store or any shop that sells pregnancy stuff... you buy an ovulation kit for 5 days it comes with 5 peeing cups and 5 tests you do one test a day for 5 days at the same time every day.... it sort of looks like a pregnancy test but for ovualtion.... it comes up positive when you are at your highest and that means you are going to ovulate in 24 - 36 hours so you have sex on the day you get a positive and the day after....its worked for alot of women thats just an easier thing to try so that when you know you are most fertile you can plan a romantic evening and just enjoy the night instead of worrying the WHOLE month about making sure that you and your husband had sex on certain days so goodluck and for the future CONGRATS

find a fertility specialist, an endocronologist. your OBGYN can probably refer you to one. my insurance even covered $10,00 per year in infertility treatment! they suggest that if you haven't conceived after ONE year of trying to seek a specialist... it's time for you to look! the endocronologist will run your husband through testing first... if the problem is him it costs a lot less to diagnose... and you will still have options! if the problem is with you, they have surgeries, and hormones, and fertility drugs... the doctor prefers to do artificial insemination (and it is a lot less expensive... $500 per month, 2 inseminations per month) if that doesn't work they switch over to invitro fertilization (about $8,000 per month but has a MUCH higher success rate). look for an endocronologist and get an appt. right away! GOOD LUCK to you!

Have you gone to a fertility doctor... he or she may be able to help you. If you have been trying for that long, there may be a problem. Give it a try, now a days alot of insurances cover the expense. Good Luck

check with doctors and see if maybe you or your partner are sterile or not working. implantation might be an option. or if you really want a child, adoption could be key.

have lots of sex....unprotected of course. If you've been having problems for that long you should go see a specialist.
