I'd check on Kaplan University (kaplan.edu). It's actually a degree program with fantastic training.

You can also do individual training (which I am doing) by purchasing products such as TestOut (I'm loving it.). I'd learn from TestOut, do practice tests on MeasureUp, review the Fravo study-guide and call Thompson-Prometric to take the certification exam. I passed all my certification tests with this method. Plus, you can study anywhere at anytime.
