They are good pets if you get the right kind. Emperor scorpions are big and their sting is close to that of a bee. If you are allergic to bees I would use caution when handling. If you just plan on watching it in the cage, great pet. I have had friends (professional herpetologists) that had them as pets and held them a lot. If your into it more power to ya. When you get into the whip scorpions and other very dangerous scorpions I would advise against it. Do some research if you plan on getting one.

Not all scorpions make good pets, and not all humans make good scorpion owners. However, merging a good scorpion species with a good scorpion owner can have enchanting results. :)

yes they're realy kool but they're not exactly "cudly" but if you mess with them long enough you can get them to where they can easily be handled.
