what could this dream mean?

ok, so a couple of nights i had a dream that i was talking to my bf over the phone in a dark basement (something i usually do in waking cause my rooms in a basement). I put him on hold cause i had to use the bathroom. i use the bathroom & notice blood-tinged discharge, i wipe some more & see spotting then i say to myself, "oh no...implantation bleeding!" i then finish up. i go back to the phone and my bf hung up! i then walk into the kitchen. my sister was there. i tell about the spotting & she teases "that's cause ur pregnant". then i notice she's eating a large sweet potato pie! my fav! it had double filling & golden brown crust:) then i look over & see two slices of cheese covering, lying on the plastic wrappings it came out of, covering the ions of the stove...that's bout all i could remember. could anyone draw from it?

ok...real life, i could be pregnant, which is where da worry comes from. my sister made a prediction about it b4 i said anything about it, plus i ova heard a phone convo of her's telling someone she had a dream of fishes & i know whn some1 dream of fishes it means some1 close 2 them is pregnant. and yeah it's true that i do think my bf may not be there if i am. so it could be either i'm worried bout it or i really am...but i've had worries bout being pregnant b4 & never had dreams bout it...hmmm. thanks you all for the answers!

As you have already mentioned you may be pregnant. And yes that could be the reason that you have the dream about your sister teasing you and your blood. However, there are something hidden I see from your dream.

Trust of your boy friend - It seems like you don't totally trust your boy friend. He hung up on you when you return. Maybe in real life, you love and trust him very much, but unconsciously you don't fully trust him.

Family relationship - You are more closed to your family than your boy friend. You can share almost everything with your sister. In your dream, food seems to be the common interest between you and your sister. Your sister is eating your favorite food does not necessarily mean she is jealous. It just means that you are willing to share things with your family.

Notice the detail of the food - Large and Sweet, Goold brown, cheese covering... You remembered the detail the food quick well. I see you are a person who either likes to cook or to eat.

In the picture of your dream, your boy friend is not main character. Your sister, and the food are. It shows that you are kind of person who likes to share, and the only person reacts to your feeling is your sister.

Okay, the dream could mean that you are pregnant, would like to be pregnant or worried that you are. When you relealize the "implantation bleeding" you bf has already hung up the phone, meaning you are afraid that he will leave you if you are. The favorite food could be a craving or an expected craving. With the cheese it could be a food craving again but its also combined with worry and some sort of unsettlement because its laying on the stove and because its still in the plastic which would be more of a mess.

Could be a lot of things. You're pregnant, scared of getting pregnant, trying to get pregnant, scared your bf will leave you if you're pregnant. As for the food, cravings or a subconcious thought that you need to eat more of a certain kind of food. Just a thought.
