how do I make them lighter?? Is there a specific cream to use?
is anyone experiencing this problem?

Melatonin in your skin gives it the pigment. There is more skin compressed into one area in those places, therefore...more melatonin. Since those areas flex, you need more skin there. It will always be darker there.

This is caused by a buildup of dead skin cells. Gently scrub with an abrasive like a pumice stone, soap & sugar solution or salt. Then moisturize.

All of my children are the exact same way. The conclusion i've come to is (for my kids) that it's because they are darker complecked. Darker skin that is. Not from being dirty or whatnot...and I dont' think theres anything that you can do about it.

i have the same thing but i dont have it on my nuckles my mom says i just need to wash it over time it will go away by doing that (her elbows r clean so r her nees)

its dead skin.. you need to get an exfoliating rock and scrub it off.. don't scrub too hard or you'll hurt your skin and it will feel like a rug burn.

Me too, I just use Cocoa Butter lotion, I guess it works.
