How do I use character alternate costumes in Mortal Kombat: Deception?

First, beat the game with the one you want to change. After you beat Onaga, go the the character select screen and press start on the one you beat the game with. You'll see his/ her picture change into their new duds.

use every character once to beat the game, then u should have every costum unlocked. if not get a gameshark and shark it.
