I guess I'm kind of odd, but I don't care for pregnant women posing like that. It's like they're using their pregnancy (and their baby) to get attention. Plus, it's almost like she's desperate for something to do to gain attention.

I think that the magazine photograpers did an awesome job with both Britney and Demi. It's amazing what can be done with makeup and lights and little bit of photography magic!!!
