Learn to spell tough words like 'raining' and 'New York?' Self-improvement is always a good idea and it builds greater confidence. Some rainy day you may then feel competent enough to just go out in it, perhaps with a slicker and umbrella and just do whatever fun thing pops into your brain. Good luck.
