Try using Eyeshadow Primer Potion from Urban Decay. It gives you 12-15 hours of crease-less wear out of your eye shadow. Or, you might try using a bit of oil-free concealer on the lid before you hit the shadow. Last, you can try to set your shadow by holding a tissue over the lid, and dusting transluscent powder through the tissue onto the lid. The tissue acts as a filter or sifter, making sure that only the finest application of powder goes onto the lid, and keeps it from disturbing your beautiful shade of shadow.

Step 1 Apply your usual foundation and powder to your face. Using your ring finger, gently apply a small amount of eye shadow cream base over your entire lid, from your lash line to your eyebrows. This base will ensure that your shadow stays on your eyelids through the day, and will help the colors of the eye shadow to stand out. Step 2 Using the eye-shadow sponge applicator, apply the darker eye shadow on your eyelid. Keep the shadow color on your lid, going down to your lashes, but not going past your eye crease. Step 3 Using the other side of the sponge applicator, apply the lighter eye shadow on the area above your crease up to your eyebrow. This lighter eye shadow acts as a highlighter, and will accentuate and bring out the darker color underneath. Step 4 With the large eye-shadow brush, carefully blend the two eye-shadow colors so that you cannot see where one ends and the other begins. Starting from the outer corner of your eyes, use the brush and pull the edges of the darker color in and up toward the lighter color. Blend well.

Cream eyeshadows are going to move a little bit no matter what because they have a little oil in them but here is a tip.

-Put foundation (if you have oil free that's great because and oil foundation with the cream it will slide more) if you have an oil free one. If you don't use a primer.

-Then put the cream shadow

-the trick is to put a powder shadow over it (obviously similar in color or a sheer shimmery one would look great) and that will hold it in place for longer.

Good luck and have fun with it!

You need to use an eyeshadow primer, MaryKay has a great one, you apply that first, let dry and then no eyeshadows will crease....the loose powder ON TOP of the eyeshadow also works wonders..

Not really! Unfortunately I never had anything but problems with cream eye shadows. You could try putting on a light coloured eye shadow powder first, and then covering it with the cream....but, I personally gave up on cream eye stuff; and went back to powdered eye shadow!
Good luck hope someone out there has better advice!

By taking your time on putting it on and make sure it's in the outer part of your eyelids, make sure it doesn't touch at all. And make sure the creases are perfect line up.
