Any movie. Any Genre. Any Language. Any Decade. it doesn't matter!
mine would have to be Mansfield Park., Why? Because I love the time period, the setting, the characters. everything.

My Big Fat Greek Wedding! That movie is almost exactly like my family. We have our own Business, we fight, we joke, we love each other, and there is ALWAYS food somewhere. There is also about a million people in my immediate family. And there was tragedy with our first non-Greek marriage.

Handmaid's Tale, though more the book than the movie. There are three types of women in the society of that book. Breeders who give their children to the wives, wives who can't have children and "Marthas" who take care of the domestic care of the home itself. I've been the "breeder" in that I've placed a child for adoption. I am the wife who's having problems having a child and being a homemaker, I often feel like the "Marthas".

Can it be a cartoon instead of a movie? Mine would be 'karekano' - a japanese cartoon.
The cartoon shows a girl who is considered very intelligent, friendly, good looking, etc. Then she falls in love and that makes her grow up: she finds out that all she was doing was to pretend to be what people expected her to be and with this boy that she loves, she learns how to be herself, even if that means to be 'not so perfect' or even weird sometimes.

hmmmmm..........let me think........I would say my life is most like lord of the rings trilogy, because I've had to go through a long tiresome journy, and nomatter how much it seems like I'm alone, I know I'm not.
If I were a show I'd be "Charmed" because I have to deal with my "demons" all the time (inner demons).
