keep trying different combinations {for example 1234, 1243, 1324, 1432, 1342 etc etc..) ...as tedious as the process sounds its the only way outside of asking mom/dad for it

... which will make it, assuming it's 4 digit number of possible number from 0-9 each, will make it 10x10x10x10 = 10,000 number combinations to try.
