It's 0020 I stink and I have work in the am and here I sit helping the masses. Time to go to bed after a shower?

I should add i stink from playing soccer 2 hrs ago -I normally smell lovely. but am now worried as I am in Scotland and Bexy smells me in Australia!!

Yes you should shower morning, noon and night....Not just because you are working...But because I can smell your dirtiness all the way here....Being clean is better than being dirty...
