Should I get them reduced, They are huge and they get in the way sometimes. At some tables at restaurants, they sit on the table and it is hard for me to eat, Some nice blouses with buttons I can't even buy because they are too small in the chest....
I know I should be thankful that God gave me them like they are but sometimes I think my back pain is associated with them. Why do they hurt, they feel so tight and they sit right on top of my chest. My friend told me it might be the caffeine I drink? what do you think?

Girl I know the feeling, I am only a size 9 dress, and I wear a 36HH. I experience the same problems, not to mention have to find clothes that cover them up at work. As far as back pain, mine was terrible, but completely dissappeared when I began doing 100 sit ups per night. A strong core, back & abs, will eliminate the pain.

Get an opinion from a certified plastic surgeon and consider reducing them. Big breasts are ok but too big is not ok for your back, neck or shoulders. Many factors are involved, age, weight, consider that women with big breasts are more prone to breast cancer. Some insurance companies accept this kind of surgery because it has nothing to do with vanity, you would be avoiding many problems in the future.

Caffeine has absolutely no relation with the size of breasts.

Good Luck

Well, we do have something in common! I am about a 38 D (was 42 DD) and I feel your pain. I have brought up the subject of breast reduction to my family and some say go for it, my mother on the other hand says keep them. I have lost weight, and mine have went down some, but not enough for me. I say, consult your doctor to see if the pains in your back are caused from the weight of your breast. I know my shoulders have slight grooves in them from the bra straps. I sometimes wear two bras just for the support. I don't think it's from caffeine, I haven't heard of that anyway. The best thing I can suggest is go see a doctor who can help you professionally. HTH!

Well if they are really big enough they could be the cause of your pain, especially back pain. I'm not sure if caffeine really would be able to affect your breasts though.

I would ask a doctor about this, and he might suggest you get breast reduction. If your breasts really are much bigger and are causing you back pain, not to mention a hard time getting around and dressing yourself, I would say it would be a good option. But like I said, a doctor would probably be the best person to consult.

It is possible that your back pain is caused by that. The same happened to a friend of mine and she got them reduced. I think you should see a back doctor before deciding to have surgery to find out if that is really the cause of your back pain. Maybe your problem has an easier solution like weight loss.

since you are having back pain then yes I would go w/ the breast reduction. It is a big decision, and a lot of money but im sure it will be well worth it. Just think of all the cute clothes you can buy and they will fit you right! yeah caffeine can cause them to hurt, but probably not in your case, since you have suck large breasts, it is probably causing them to hurt. good luck!
