What does the word "ejaculate" mean (sexually)?

I probably know what it is, but do not know the terminology...and I am NOT too young, I masturbate almost every day and have orgasms

Ejaculation is the process of ejecting semen from the penis, and is usually accompanied by orgasm as a result of sexual stimulation.

either refers to the action (ejaculating) or the substance that is released from either man or woman during sex. for Men its semen for women im not sure what the substance is called but it can be called ejaculate
