HAPPY B-DAY! and here is b-day advice:u can wear denim...a denim skirt! and a "not to fancy" shirt. maybe a denim skirt with a cute polo shirt(if u dont like polo the a cute graphic tee would be cute too,nothing to fancy tho!) and your hair 1/2 up and 1/2 down and curly! or str8 is always good too!!!

Where a white, short flirty skirt above the knee, and either where a colorful spagetti strap or you can go with a light fabric t-shirt that's tight fitting to flatter your figure. Where a bracelet or two, not that much make-up, just some lip gloss and mascara will do, and put your hair in an up-do to keep it out of your way and from sticking to your neck and back. Wear open toed shoes or sandals, and woo la! There you go hope that helps. : )

Some knee length flowing cute skirt, maybe in brown. And a cute polo shirt in Aqua. Some flip-flops from Old Navy and a really nice colorful beaded long necklace. Your hair relaxed in a head band the same color as you earings. Make it colorful and have fun! Happy B-day!

Tank top with tan shorts White tank. A chunky necklace flip flops with decorations and a cool over the shoulder pocket book. Pull your hair back in a pony tail. Smile big you are a winner yourself

Hey- happy Birthday to you! So, hot eh?! Hmmm, do you have a really nice summer dress that is casual but pretty? And you could wear makeup that complements that, colour wise!
How about a pretty skirt and top? short sleeves would help for the heat.

Well what I would wear is a really cute shirt and blue jeans or capris but since you don't want to wear denim, I would suggest a cute skirt with a matching top and flip flops!!!!

Bright colored tank top no green! Cute skirt I prefer mini's.Flip Flops that match your shirt and a nice handbag that looks great with your outfit and a nice pair of shades. Pull hair back into a ponytail

can you even give 15 points? where a flowy skirt and a tank w/ a cover up
heres why -
-trying on cloths is easier cuz skirts are easier to take off and on
-wear a cover up cuz malls tend to be cool and so you can put it on and take it off when you get back outside
- versitility is key and a flowy skirt provides a breeze and ventilation funny but true! =^)

What ever you makes you feel comfy. but i say since its your b-day you should stand out where a mini skirt and a cute top and some matching flip flops. you should be able to stand out cuz its your b-day
