Yes, in China I believe.
Do remember, though, that the difference between a dragon and a dinosaur may essentially be nil (although my nephew knows that a dinosaur has its hands included in its wings, but a dragon has wings AND arms!).
I sincerely doubt that the fossil they found was an animal that breathed fire.

In a fairly recent National Geographic, there was an article on Sea Monsters and the real life dinosaurs that inspired them. Among the articles was a piece on "dragons" found in a village in China. The "dragons" were actually dinosaurs, but their shape and size convinced the villagers over the centuries that the bones had belonged to dragons. I believe the village was even named for them, but I cannot recall for sure.

The rumors came from a faux documentary on the Animal Channel called Dragons: A Fantasy Made Real. People got confused because they thought it was real. It wasn't though.
To date we have found Woolly Mammoth DNA (badly damaged) and soft tissue and blood vessels from a T. Rex
But don't let people make you think your ignorant because you think dragons are real. They have appeared in tons of cultures with no relation, from Eskimos to Aztecs and even in the Bible. Do some research, yo!

Oh, boy, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell, a gold mine in Colorado you'd just adore, and the most beautiful set of original etchings in my apartment you can inspect.
Do you believe EVERYTHING you hear?
That rumor is absurd.
