It's not Janet's song. It's this guy named Freak Nasty. I forgot the album, but it came out in like 97 or 98.

Those other people are right that it was originally by Freak Nasty, but Janet sampled it in her "Someone to Call My Lover" Remix w/Jermaine Dupri.
