Thanks for asking this. These are so commonly mispronounced, and I think it's just as a result of so many people being self taught from books. It certainly isn't that nobody cares. Anyway, I speak Irish and hang out with the more snobbish of pagankind, so that has helped me get them right. Here are the ones that began as Celtic holidays, and therefore have weird phonetics.
Imbolc- pretty much like it looks, but your b sound should be kind of soft.
Beltane: BEY-al-TIN-ah, almost but not quite a four syllable word. Nobody will kick your teeth in for pronouncing it bell-tane, though,
Lunassadh- LOOnassah. This is sometimes called Lammas, in which case it should be pronounced LAHmahs.
Samhain- SAHwen. this is the one that WILL get your teeth kicked in at a pagan gathering if you get it wrong. Since there is no W in the langauge that gave us this word, mh stands in for the sound.
The others are not of Celtic origin, and therefore have names that are a lot less tricky. I've yet to overhear anyone mispronounce Yule, for example.

RE:
How do you pronounce the 8 pagan holidays, such as Samhain, Imbolc, Beltane, etc.?
I know the pronunciation for these holidays is NOT how they look and are often mispronounced in the United State.

Samhain= Sow-en
Beltane= Beal-tinnya (Most folks don't even bother trying to pronounce this one. You won't be mocked if you just say Beltane!)
Imbolc= Im-mbolg
Lughnassadh= Loo-na-sah
Yule
Litha
Ostara
and Mabon are pronounced pretty much how they look.

Samhain sounds like sow-in, Yule is as it's spelled, Imbolc sounds like im-mulk, Ostra sounds like au-stru, Beltane is pronounced bell-tane, Litha is usually just called Midsummer's Eve or Midsummer Night, Lughnasadh is prounouced like luna-sod and is also called Lammas, and Mabon is pronounced may-bon. I think the sight I have as a source has their pronounciations, too.
