OK first of all the Lamborghini Gallardo isn't even the fastest Lamborghini out there so we can knock that off our list, as well as the Murcielago, seeing as for less money you can get a Honda civic to run faster quarter mile times and have those same doors. Now don't be angry but the Bugatti Veyron which is to this day the fastest car, is made by the French and isn't very good looking. The girl who said Toyota, and who ever said one that is paid for could actually be right because those are two great things in automobiles. If you are looking for a fast car, relatively cheap, and reliable try a K1 Attack kit car, or a Turnkey depending on your handson experience and time. It is a Honda Drivetrain with a awesome body style like never before.

Well depends on what has been done to the car. Everyone is saying Lamborghini, or mercedes. Really a car isnt anything without the motor and depending what is put into this motor is what makes the car, in my opinion the dodge viper rt10 at one time was the fastest car in the world until Mcclaren showed its face on the track. So again any car can be the best.

This is a very vague question and could be answered in many different ways. For a luxury car I would get a Bentley, Sports car probably a bugatti or ferrari, an american sports car, probably the dodge viper or the corvette. The best car in the world in your eyes could be as simple as a chevrolet aveo or a mini cooper, it all depends on what you are looking for and what you want in a car. It does not have to be expensive to be the best...

Ermm... I am not quite sure the meaning of 'the best car in the world' here.
I love BMW the most. Then Daimler Chrsyler car brand (Mercedes, Maybach, Smart, Rexton etc) and finally Volvo.

when it was built new the Mclaren F1 was designed to be the best car in the world, however it had some shortcomings (over heating, not enough down force in back at speeds)
what sort of Best are you looking for exactly, luxury, performance, fuel economy....
