Sorry, first answer is not correct outside the US and some other countries.

In Europe, most countries do NOT grant citizenship by birth.

The citizenship is transferred by the parents; in some cases there is a choice.

I do not know any country offering you citizenship before living there a certain time. So you would have to care about the rules of immigration firstly.

The country you are born in is the easiest for you to become a citizen of.

You don't have to do a thing.
