I'm not offended by them but I do pity them. What a horrible religion that is: you have to earn your way into heaven but since the 144,000 have already been chosen there's a chance you won't get in anyway? What kind of nonsense is that?
Since when is God and His heaven limited? Last time I checked God was infinite and I'm going to believe that when Christ said, "I go to prepare a place for you" that He meant me too.

The Scriptures indicate that Jesus personally instructed his disciples to go door-to-door. Clearly, Jehovah's Witnesses are the only ones working to perform the same type of work in our day.
What did Jesus personally say about any who would disregard that important work?
(Luke 10:1-17) After these things the Lord designated seventy others and sent them forth by twos in advance of him into every city and place to which he himself was going to come. 2 Then he began to say to them: “The harvest, indeed, is great, but the workers are few. Therefore beg the Master of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest. 3 Go forth. Look! I am sending you forth as lambs in among wolves. ...16 “He that listens to you listens to me too. And he that disregards you disregards me too. Moreover, he that disregards me disregards [also] him that sent me forth.”
If the reason that you hate Jehovah's Witnesses is their preaching work, you are helping to prove that these are the "last days" and Jehovah's Witnesses are true Christians!:
(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

I get offended when people preach to me, yes, because I don't like anyone telling me that my beliefs are wrong. However, I don't dislike them as people. Usually if you tell them that you're not interested, they'll just wish you a good day and move on. Also, I have a friend who is a Jehovah's Witness, and he never preached to me or tried to shove his religion in my face. He never even brought it up unless I asked him about it.

No, regrettably. Preaching 100% actuality would offend some, yet being insulted isn't the right thanks to look on the real assistance set forth for us all contained in the Bible. in case you examine verse 2 of two Timothy 4 you'll be conscious that it says “carry forth the be conscious …. In favorable season, in complicated season, reprove, reprimand, exhort, with all lengthy-suffering and artwork of preparation”. Favorable season and complicated season potential even as preaching the actuality is popular and likewise even as preaching the actuality is meet with competition. That verse also mentions that preaching will also now and again contain a reprimand. 2 Timothy 4:3, 4 is a caution of a era of time, that's now, that their will be ones that practice falsehoods, or because the scripture says, “…instructors for themselves to have their ears tickled”. yet be conscious verse 4 says that “they are going to turn their ears faraway from the actuality, while they are going to be grew to change into aside to pretend memories”. Please take into interest 2 Corinthians 13:5 which says “save attempting out even if you're contained in the religion, save proving what YOU yourselves are…. this isn't consistently trouble-free or gentle. Ephesians 4:22-24 says: “for you to positioned away the former personality which conforms on your former procedure habit and that is being corrupted in accordance to his deceptive needs; yet for you to be made new contained in the stress actuating YOUR ideas, and could positioned on the recent personality which became created in accordance to God’s will in real righteousness and loyalty. in case you do those products, God will bless your efforts.

Not offended. Just a bit irritated, but they can do anything they want.
Try answering the door naked, wearing lacy underwear (this might work even better for guys) or naked with leather collar and chains. It worked for me once.
Only I think they were actually Mormons (they were young, clean-looking and seemed very frightened at the sight of me)
But it should work for Jehova's witnesses too, and they've never come back since.

I'm bugged when ANYONE preaches to me or tries to sell me things. I don't care if it's a Witness, a Mormon, the local Baptist, or the Avon lady.

I am not offended so much that they are trying to preach to me, but at the fact that most make it seem like they think you are stupid if you don't see things their way.

I'm always happy to see them or any other church that comes around. After all, I have my own belief and I think that they do a tremendous service to get out in the "field" so to speak. It can NOT be easy to get rejected and put down all day so they must truly love their God. : )) but remember, this is your chance to tell THEM what you believe also.

They don't offend me, but it bothers me that they are teaching such trash to non-believers who are waiting to hear some sort of gospel for them to believe in. Their ways are unholy, and if they don't repent, God may not be so merciful when Judgment Day comes.

Altogether, I don't know how many total people do, but I do know that I am one of them. I just don't like ANYBODY pushing their beliefs on me. I mean, yes, we must all know the difference between general "rights" and "wrongs", but to push it right down to personal practices? I don't think so.
