I just cut and pasted these numbers from the "Contact Us" page under "Services". I'd try the toll free customer service line first, unless that is the one you already tried. Lauren Corbo looks like a good bet, too.

circulation (at) ctpost dot com -
Customer Service (203) 333-6688 or (800) 447-0000
Delivery or Billing Issues (203) 330-6502
Back Copy Requests (203) 330-6514

lcorbo (at) ctpost dot com - Lauren Corbo, EZ Pay,
Mail Subscription Coordinator (203) 330-6201

mcooper (at) ctpost dot com - Mary Cooper, Manager, Newspapers in Education (203) 330-6219

And, by the way, I *did* find the info on their web site, but I also thought it was pretty poorly designed. Most people would never find it; I dig out "hidden" information for a living. They *should* have offered an "unsubscribe" choice under the subscription options. Many companies seem to make dropping their "services" difficult lately. Is this to "trap" you into continuing with them, or are they really so arrogant they think no one could possibly want to unsubscribe? *That* is a question I *can't* answer.
