a good one is always some newspaper clippings on current world events or things happening in your country.

maybe a menu from your favourite restaurant at the moment?

or even write down a few things, like what music you listen to, your thoughts on important world events, what your ambitions are for the future - things that you can look at in the future and think 'wow, i'd forgotten that!' or maybe even laugh at your own taste or naivety :)

or take a picture of your house and stick it in - guaranteed to start a little nostalgia trip at some point in the future.

You can put anything and everything you feel like treasuring in a scrapbook. Quotes, pressed flowers, letters, cheating sheets from school, a badge, childhood drawings you made in kindergarten. Can't come up with anything else right now.

It appears you have it covered. Maybe little messages such as, "Me and my guitar_____ Year". And you know what? When I made a teddybear one time, I made it out of clothes from when I was a child. Maybe a piece of fabric from kindergarten, or sixth grade whatever year and paste it in, saying "I wore this for_____. Other than this, I think you are doing great.

First and foremost, you should decide if you want to divide your scrape book into certain categories. Example: family outings, personal photos, trips, pets, and etc. Then sort by categories and work your way from there.

do one of all the labels of things you like to eat and drink with the date you consumed them,
or all the knickers/pants of the people you´ve slept with,
or a take a picture of yourself every 1st day of the month and collect a few years, or make everyone you meet draw a little charicature of yourself and put that.

stuff that will remind you of good times, places people etc when you look back at it in years to come. Don't worry about the bad memories..you won't need a scrapbook to remember them lol. they get permanently etched in your brain

You can divide your book into sections that each member can put their favorite memories. Also use construction paper and stickers to fancy up your pages.
